Please allow 3-8 weeks for shipping and delivery from your order date.
Custom Item Policy
Due to the nature of this custom product, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement or if we have already completed the artwork within that time.
Revisions to Artwork
You may request up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions cost $20 to compensate our artists for their time.
If you would like to completely change the image, there is a $30 fee to re-do the photo. Each artwork takes 4 hours to complete. This gives our artists time.
For best results, please provide clear images with good lighting.
We only process one image per order, so please select the one you would like to use. If you are between photos, please contact via email to help select the best photo.
Shipping Protection
To protect your order in the event of problems with the mail system, we recommend that you add shipping protection at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Adding shipping protection will ensure your order is protected.
Proof Approval
You will receive your proof within 3-15 business days. You have 3 days to approve your proof. After that, it will be automatically approved and sent to production. We cannot make changes once it goes into production.
We cannot change the color of the sweatshirt once the order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges as our items are completely custom made.

2. Upload a straight-up photo of your puppy (submit the image as you would like it drawn).
3. Add to cart and complete checkout. Always free US shipping.
4. That's it! So easy, right? We will start working on your artwork and share it with you via email once it is ready and you can approve or request one revision.
